Your logic is horribly flawed. Let me give you an example. If you witnessed a murder and you stood by passively without helping the victim or calling the authorities, can you be held accountable? No. You're a bastard for not doing anything, but you're not legally responsible for that person's death. Even if I COULD help people starving to death in Africa with no cost to myself, I am not morally responsible to do so. You have to prove that there is some sort of moral imperative. To do this, you must first prove that morality is objective. If you're just trying to argue semantics, I probably hate you.
