Your site raises good issues of world problems. But I think you should stop blaming God and start blaming evil human beings. September 11th was inspired by religious intolerance, and being intolerant of religion will drive the nature man to the same evils. I believe God when he said, "I set before you life and death, choose life." Just because humans go down evil paths doesn't mean God is responsible. God gave us free moral agency, God didn't do anything to make humans create such an evil world. And as for "letting" things happen, God does not interfere with human life until he is invited into a human life and they play by the rules of creator/creation. Just because our society is blind , doesnt mean there isnt a God.
