I agree with most of what You stated!
I'm glad to see other people realizing the decline of true
civilization,
has much to do with the corrupt and overly forgiving ways of the
"Christian
Incorporation"
as I like to call it.
I have friends that are so religious, they do not
believe anything should
pierce the body,
as it could make a demons entry into the body easier! They have 3 children
who
have
*never been immunized!!* I will not allow the kids into my home, because of
the
potential for
transmittable diseases to my own kids! They get mad at me for
celebrating
Halloween!
I declared god as a non being 15 years ago, When I was
famous.
(I was touring as a bassist in a rock and roll band that had a hit or two
during
the 80s)
After quitting the drugs that so many musicians fell victim to, My mind
was
clearer and I
felt that the events that transpired to scared me into leaving drugs behind
were
far from divine.
Especially after the publicly humiliating ejection I received from the
pastor of
My catholic church,
on the proud day I returned home from my "clean" tour.
He did not like the way I looked in my rock-n-roll attire, and demanded
that my
music was demonic,
and that the devil himself was helping me dress!!
Want to know the dumb part? I was in T*******s band!
That's right! Clean cut cutsie little innocent red headed T*******!!
I took My profits from that, and went to college for electronics and
acoustic
sciences,
Im now a full time soundman, mixing bands worldwide.
Im glad Im not the only one trying to nip this age old
mental dependency in
the bud!
The best way I've heard it stated is:
"Just think, the bible was written by people who thought the world was
FLAT"
